Doesn't take long

It doesn't take long for my family to settle in. Collins is asleep in her crib upstairs in grandma and grandaddy's room! (yes, we got that lucky!) the big kids are swimming with B and I'm unpacking for the week all by myself! So far we are off to an excellent week! Thankful for this time with family! I'll be sure to post lots of pictures this week!!

Snuggles

A run in with a ladder.

Yesterday Brian had a run in with a ladder....literally. He was driving up hwy 220 and a ladder flew off a trip driving south. Brian ran over and it and of course blew a hole in his tire. We were very thankful that was the only issue and that Brian was not hurt. The kids and I didn't go up there as B said it was not safe and there was nothing we could do. Of course the kids were worried. So after the ordeal was done we met at Starbucks to touch base and give Brian a BIG hug!

Collins and Caden loved their smoothie....Addison not so much.

Technology

Collins and I aren't feeling great today. We are snuggled up on the sofa and she took my iPad and can already run the thing. Another person around here I have to share with.

The other day Brian totally baffled Caden when he told him we used to have to go to the store to buy music! The concept of a tape was even more amazing to him.

15 month check up

This morning I took Collins for her 15 month appointment. All Is well she lost about half a pound from her 1 year visit but that's okay. Shes 21pounds 9 ounces 30% and 28 inches 9%! She's getting so big. She now says, "mommy", "daddy", "no", "hi" and "Ashley". Collins couldn't be any cuter if she tried!!

Cadensims

Tonight we were in the truck trying to decide where we were going to eat. After 3 days of VBS I did not see cooking as an option. I suggestion Mexican and Caden said, "I want English food!" so we went and got wings!

Tonight Brian, Caden and Addison are watching a baseball game. Caden called the diamond backs the snakes!
