Why wait?

Tonight we went to Relay for Life, came home and Caden had a VERY special birthday card to make at the island! I offered him some icecream, which now thinking back on it I think he also had some at RFL! Anyways, Brian and I were sitting in the den...Brian was trying to fix my car seat I broke...oops...and I was...well...reading Carrie's blog post about traveling. Brian asked Caden if he was almost done with his icecream. So...I ask B, "Did you make Caden a bowl?" B replies, "no...I thought you did" This is what we found....

Looks like he got down, took the icecream off the other counter and climbed back up and began to eat! HA...of course we let him finish. Afterall, he is a VERY sweet boy. By the way, this sweet boy isn't wearing diapers anymore at night time. He refuses. Tonights only night 2 but last night he was dry. For about the past month most nights he was dry but he still wanted a diaper. I have my theories that he was just going in the diaper in the morning because he was too lazy to get out of bed! oh well....he'll only do that once without a diaper!

Make sure you scroll down...I got behind in blogging so I think there are 3 or 4 new posts down there! Enjoy!

Boone

I forogt to add this to the last one. Every graduation we take a traditional sister picture. Here's our silly one! The nice, adult one for mom's frame.

While we were in Boone we decided to take some pictures at a local park! It was GREAT fun! Caden being silly on the rocks! Addison...she was very excited to be sitting on the bench!

Caden and Addison. Maybe oneday we'll get one of them both smiling!

Family picture. Also, funny story. When we sat down I had on my sunglasses, Ray Bans of course. I didn't want them on my head so I decided I would just lay them in my lap. Smart, right? Well, we take the pictures. All is good. THEN, my sweet husband got Caden up on the grass and came back for Addison. He took her and I stood up. Then Jenn said what just dropped in the water?!?!? MY SUNGLASSES! I panic. Brian hands Addison back to me and begins to search. Finally he found them between two rocks in this little babbling creek! Brian saved the day....and himself $100!

CONGRATS, J!

Last weekend Jennifer graduated from App State! We all headed up Friday and spent the night and had a GREAT time hanging out in Boone. Jenn is now on the job hunt! Not a fun task in this economy with about a million other business grads...okay maybe not a million but she sure does feel like she's competing with that many grads! Jenn, Caden and Addison!
