It snowed...A lot!

It snowed so much that the Muller's aren't going anywhere...at least until we can't take it anymore! Hopefully we'll make it till Monday! Here's Caden getting ready for his first trip out! The first time he didn't last long. He didn't like the sleet hitting him in the face! As he was getting ready this last time he said that the scarf saved the day and it doesn't even choke him!

When Brian and Caden went out they were in the backyard and Addison watched like this for at least 10 minutes before she started telling me "out"!

It worked! I got her ready and sent her out thinking she wouldn't last! She's been out there for about 15 minutes already and is loving it!

They've got a good Daddy because I have no interest in going out there! At least not when it's 19 degrees outside!

Mom and Dad here's what you missed! We got that much snow!
She's a happy girl now!

He loved playing on his swing set even in the snow!

Jennifer's Little Helper

This morning was a little crazy! I thought Caden would get out of school an hour early since the schools were so I didn't pack a lunch. Well....he wasn't getting out early! So I took AdEliz to Jennifer's new house while I ran to the grocery store and then back to First Baptist. It looks like Jennifer had some help!

We better enjoy it....

before it's gone! The weather is just beautiful today! They're calling for snow and ice tomorrow night and Saturday! Today Jennifer watched Caden and Addison while I visited with a sweet family! When I came home I smiled when I saw AdEliz on a tricycle! She loved it!

It's Pet Week at Frist Baptist...

and Caden has been begging me to take Emma to school to share with her friends. I wasn't so convinced. Daddy saved the day and helped out this morning. He got the kids up and dressed and mostly out the door before I even came downstairs. All I had to do was put Addison in the car...I could really get used to that! (He even pumped my gas so I didn't have to stand in the cold! Again, I could REALLY get used to him being home in the morning!) Caden loved having Emma at school. He showed his friends how she shakes and told his friends all about emma! He said she likes to run and chase things! Oh...and that she had gas in the "boys car" on the way to school and they had to put the window down! Emma was well behaved and enjoyed herself as well! The picture above is Caden listening to his friends questions about Emma!!

Storytime

This morning I took Caden and Addison to storytime at the library! Caden grabbed his mats and headed up front! He really enjoyed listening to the stories and did a great job sitting up there all by himself! This mornings stories were about snow! They're saying we may get some this weekend! Addison and I hung out at the back of the room and she walked around most of the time. Until they started to sing songs then she'd look around and try to do the movements! Here's a picture of her when she realized they were singing! At school they say music is one of her favorite parts of the day!

Monster Jam

Brian and I decided this week that we would suprise Caden and take him to the Monster Truck Jam. We had a blast! We got there early (really early) to check out the Pit Party where you can meet the drivers and touch the trucks! As you can see Caden was a little unsure but after about 20 minutes he finally let me put him down!

See?!? He did make it to the ground! After we checked out the trucks we found a nice little area with tables that overlooked the arena. We ate some dinner and then as the crowd got smaller Brian and Caden decided to venture down there again. Caden wanted to meet the driver of the Grave Digger but when they got there the attendant said that the line was closed. However, Caden got lucky that a friend from church was working at the coliseum last night and got him in line! Thanks, Alan!

The boys down below while I "watched" the stuff back up at the table!

I love this face! He loved the trucks but jumped everytime they started up! He has asked to go again so it must not have bothered him too much!

One of Caden's favorite trucks...the Grave Digger. He also liked the Monster Mutt because it had a wagging tail and it's tounge stuck out. Believe it or not a girl drives the Monster Mutt!

AdEliz LOVES school!

AdEliz is LOVING school! Brian and I are so thankful for a wonderful school with wonderful teachers for both of our children! Ad no longer cries when I leave her and infact on Friday she looked at me like I was forgetting something when I brought her back home! I think we'll both really enjoy our Friday's together! This week Addison sweet friend Miller came over to play and they both had a blast!

Addison's First Day of School

Addison had her first day of school today! I wish I could say I have a ton of pictures but I forgot and didn't take one. Caden's teacher took one of her this morning and her teacher, Ms. Katie, took a sweet picture of her during the day. When I picked Caden and AdEliz up the pictures were waiting on me!
Ms. Katie said that she had a good day for her "first day" but she had a few moments. I wasn't shocked! Oh and she likes for her teachers to hold her! Are you shocked? I'm sure Wednesday will be better! She'll get the hang of this school thing!
Best of all she learned to dance at school today! What a sweet girl!

Family Night!

Tonight everyone except Mary (hate you missed it, sister!) for dinner and wii. Before the real action started Addison got a controller and wanted to sit next to her brother. She was content pretending while Caden played Diego! I better enjoy these days...it won't be long before she knows better! We played golf...
Dad had success!

We had a great time...I'm sure we'll do it again soon!
