A HUGE first and Mr. Matt

Today Caden asked if Riley could spend the night for his very first sleepover. Kirstin and I didn't see why not....so here they are! They enjoyed hours of play, dinner, a bath and now Diego. Riley was so sweet to bring popcorn for them to share. It's really special that I'm letting them eat up in the playroom!! They think it's really late...it's only 7:45...shhhhhh...don't tell them they'll be asleep (hopefully) around they're normal bedtime! Dr. Matt Queen (AKA...Mr. Matt) had a BIG day at Southwest Theological Seminary today! He's really official now! We were thrilled that we were able to watch the whole thing (well until his part!) online today! Matt...the kids SCREAMED when you came up...they were SOOOO excited to see you. However...they were disappointed they didn't get to see Madison!

He's got a truck....

Last week Gina called and offered Brian his Dad's truck. Freddie's most prized possesion was this truck to Brian was thrilled to accept! It's in the shop now getting some work done but I can't wait to show you pictures when it's all fixed up! I know his Dad would be thrilled!!

Beach

Whew...we had a terrific week at the beach. I have to be honest....I wish we were still there. One day we cruised up to Ronaoke Island. The boys went and saw this ship...and...the girls went shopping.
Caden climbed to the top of the Currituck Lighthouse!!!! I was VERY proud of him!!
